Turning Strategy into a Scalable Digital Platform
We started with in-depth competitor research to understand how similar platforms monetize educational content. Based on this, we developed a strategic plan: first, offering structured notes for free to validate audience interest and refine content based on feedback. Simultaneously, we set up a newsletter campaign to generate early interest in an upcoming course and eBook, gathering insights for future monetization. The long-term goal is a subscription-based model with single-purchase options for premium content.




From Structure to Visual Identity
With a clear roadmap in place, we created a sitemap to ensure a seamless user experience and intuitive content navigation. Wireframes were developed to define layouts and functionality, leading to a final design that balances professionalism with accessibility. We chose a clean and trustworthy color palette, integrating shades of blue and dark red (Murray) to reinforce credibility and brand recognition.

Building and Refining for Excellence
We built the platform on Webflow using Finsweet Attributes for enhanced CMS functionality. Users can easily filter notes, view embedded PDFs without extra clicks, and share content via direct copyable links. The structured CMS setup ensures seamless navigation and scalability, aligning with the goal of evolving into a monetized platform.
